The Executive Administrative Assistant will perform administrative support functions for the President. The position will manage the schedule, arrange appointments, schedule and coordinate travel, meetings, presentations and perform other administrative and coordinative functions as necessary. The Executive Administrative Assistant must have basic understanding of all corporate policy and procedures. May be called upon to interpret and communicate the President's intent to other managers and executives. Conserves the President's time and promotes the corporate image by representing the president internally and externally; serving as a liaison between the president, key executives, and employees. Actively supports the President and will also provide additional support to his direct staff

This role must demonstrate professionalism, excellent time management, follow-up, analytical, organization, and communication skills. Discretion, integrity, trust, maturity, strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and sound judgment are also required. The executive assistant must be resourceful and demonstrate the ability to problem solve through independent thinking. It is important that the incumbent in this position demonstrates the ability to remain calm under pressure when working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to build strong relationships

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide the President and others with administrative support.
Coordinate schedules by making appointments and establishing agendas and itineraries.
meeting may be of a complex nature and involve various time zones
Arrange and coordinate all business travel and expense reports
travel may be domestic and international in nature
Compose and accurately prepare routine and non-routine correspondence, memorandums, presentations and reports
Provides follow up on assigned project deadlines with executive's direct staff members.
Screen the President's incoming mail.
Handle confidential material relevant to company operations
Conduct various analytical special projects, especially involving budgets and preparations for BOD and senior management meetings.
Provide analysis on specified company reports.
Prepare presentations and reports as directed by President for the Board of Directors and senior management meetings.

Ability to support the President and others in a highly dynamic, ever changing environment with multiple demands, heavy workload, and high pressure deadlines
Anticipate, initiate, and follow up on all matters/logistics required for President and others to make their time as effective as possible
Demonstrated, excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent organizational skills
Should be proactive and willing to take on new challenges
Ability to develop strategic partnerships quickly
Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
High attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and productive with minimal supervision
Able to embrace change with enthusiasm and work as part of a collaborative team.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, correspondence, legal documents and invoices

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Flexible hours.

EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience required.

EXPERIENCE
Work experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting C level executives required
High proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office, Outlook and other applications including: PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Excel
Extensive experience managing individual schedules and meeting management.
